Abstract: Buckle Up America (BUA) is a Presidential Initiative to increase seat belt and child restraint use nationwide. As part of BUA, two national mobilizations are conducted every year. To evaluate these BUA Mobilizations over the next three years, telephone surveys will be conducted immediately before and after each mobilization.
