Abstract: The Port Facilities Inventory was developed to fulfill this Agency's responsibilities contained in the E.O. 12656 (emergency preparedness functions) relating to the emergency utilization and control of U.S. port facilities during national emergencies. The data would be collected only when current sources are inadequate for emergency planning purposes.
