Abstract: TVA has committed to involving the public in developing plans for managing aquatic plants in individual TVA lakes under a Supple- mental Environmental Impact Statement completed in August 1993. The proposed survey would provide a mechanism for obtaining input into this planning process from a representative sample of people living near each lake. Information obtained from the survey will be used in development of aquatic plant management plans for each mainstream Tennessee River lake.
