A Cooperative Range Improvement Agreement is used by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to document terms and conditions under which construction, use and maintenance of range improvements may occur. The agreement documents the specific participation of each cooperator on the range improvements to be accomplished under the cooperative agreement. Each cooperator must sign the agreement to indicate their participation specifically described in the agreement.
