Abstract: The User Fees information is necessary for Customs to effectively collect fees from private and commercial vessels, private aircraft, operators of commercial trucks, and passenger and freight railroad cars entering the U.S. and recipients of certain dutiable mail entries for certain official services. As a result of new legislation establishing fees on passengers, Customs is required to collect additional information.
