Abstract: The data collection proposed under this request is included in proposed regulations that would implement section 673(h) of IDEA which requires that individuals who receive a scholarship through personnel preparation projects funded under the Act to subsequently provide special education and related services to children with disabilities (or, for leadership personnel, work in areas related to their preparation) for a period of two years for every year for which assistance was received. Scholarship recipients who do not satisfy their service obligation must repay all or part of the cost of their assistance in accordance..
