Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with changes made in memo dated 5/10/02. It is noted that burden per respondent has decreased significantly due to an overestimation of the burden on respondents at the initial submission, which ED has recalculated based on program experience. ED shall take care to ensure that burden calculations are careful and considerate, and shall report significant burden adjustments based on program experience on a change worksheet as soon as the program realizes that calculations of burden are significantly different than acutal burden.
