Abstract: EPA is researching the development of a system to track institutional controls at Fund- and enforcement-lead Superfund sites. EPA is seeking clearance to gather information from state, tribal, and local governments regarding systems that are currently used to track the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of institutional controls at sites, facilities, and properties under their jurisdiction.
