Abstract: NRC and Agreement State lincees are required to make inventory and accounting reports on DOE/NRC Form 741 and 741A for certain source or special nuclear material (SNM) inventory changes, for transfer or receipt of SNM, or for transfer or receipt of 1 kilo- gram or more of source material. The use of Forms 740M, 741 and 741A, together with NUREG/BR-0006 enables NRC to collect, re- trieve, analyze as needed, and submit the data to the Inter- national Atomic Energy Agency to fulfill its reporting responsi- bilities.
