Evidence Must I Send with the Application"; "Proof of status as
National of United States", to detail the difference in Physical

opposed to the child of a citizen and a non-national. INS will
submit the revised form by July 31, 2002. This form represents a
consolidation of the former N-600, N-643, and N-643 Supplement A.
There will be a separate application for citizenship under Section
322 of the INA (N600-K).
