Determination: Municipal Solid Waste Landfills (MSWLFs) and
Non-municipal, Non-hazardous Waste Disposal Units that Receive
Conditionally Exempt Small
Extension without change of a currently approved collection
To avail owners and operators of
flexibility in meeting the athe requirements of 40 CFR Part 257,
Subpart B and 40 CFR Part 258, states must comply with requirements
in the State Imple- mentation Rule (SIR) permit program approval
process. To deter- mine the adequacy of state permit programs to
ensure that owners and operators comply with the federal criteria
under Part 257, Subpart B and Part 258, EPA must collect and
analyze permit program applications from states.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
