Abstract: FAR Part 107 and 108 require airports and air carriers to comply with hiring and employment standards, and maintain security training records. FAR Part 107 records outline completion of training requirements for those employees with access privileges to secure areas of the airport. Part 108 records outline completion of training and evaluation records for certain security personnel.
