These regulations notify the mining community of the information requirements for a Plan of Operations, Cessation of Operations, and a Notice of Intent. They also discuss the distribution of information to others; inspections; noncompliance; fire; access; appeals; and operations in wilderness areas. These collections provide information to the authorized officer so that the proposed impacts from mining proposals can be minimized through environmental analysis.
