Abstract: The information will be collected from SSI applicants and beneficiaries and persons whose income and resources we consider as being available to the SSI applicant or beneficiary and will be used to authorize SSA to (1) obtain any financial records relevant in determining eligibility for SSI benefits (2) cancel authorization for access to financial information and (3) initiate a reconsideration of a denial of SSI benefits.
