In order to ensure workplace safety,
it is the responsibility of the employer to establish and follow a
program of periodic and regular inspections of forging machines.
The employer shall generate an inspection certification record and
maintain these records to show that the inspections were
performed.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
