The Agency is proposing to exclude cathode ray tubes (CRT) from the definition of solid waste and clarify the status of used cathode ray tubes and processed CRTs sent for reuse and re- cycling. The rule proposes a conditional exclusion from the definition of solid waste for CRTs sent for recycling.
