Abstract: EPA promulgated requirements for providing additional opportuntie for the public to be involved in the RCRA permitting process. These requiremens are intended to provide equal access to informa tion to all stakeholders in the permitting process; the permitting agency, the permit applicant, and the affected community. The required activities and information are needed to help assure timely and effective public participation in the RCA permitting process.
