Abstract: FIFRA Section 7 requires that the Agency collect information on pesticide-production from pesticide-producing establishments. The establishments initially apply for registration of their producing establishment (EPA Form 3540-8); notification of their registration is provided (EPA Form 3540-8A), and following assignment of the Establishsment Number (Est.#), the producing establishment must report pesticide-production (EPA Form 3540-16) and annually thereafter on or before March 1st.
