practical utility of this collection by 1) detailing how the 30-day
periodic inspection requirement has been used by the agency, and 2)
presenting to OMB an analysis of the impact of altering this
requirement to 45, 60, or 90 days. OSHA should also report on
whether their inspection requirement is more or less stringent than
that of the manlift manufacturer.

preventive actions to ensure employee safety.
