This NOA
continues the terms of clearance in the NOA of 3/18/01. OMB extends
the current collection with Temporary Rule changes through March
30, 2003. Before that expiration, Coast Guard would submit
responses to public comment with the expectation that the clearance
would be extended for the full three years until March 30, 2005 and
incorporate the additional Permanent Rule changes set forth in this
submittal. Note: As indicated in last TOC, the 9/26/01 changes
incororated the burden hour increases associated with the Temporary
Rule. The final action would incorporate the additional 135,142
burden hour change associate with the final action.
