Abstract: The surveys will gather direct responses from FTA's customer base regarding service delivery and will be used as input to FTA's response to executive Order 12862, "Setting Customer Service Standards." The instruments will be distributed to FTA's customers, which include transit operators, metropolitan planning organizations, State and local governments, and private sector entities.
