Approved
consistent with VA's response to comments, which was forwarded to
OMB on 8/12/02. VA has reconsidered the issue of e-catalogs to
State approving agencies and determined that schools have the
option to submit the electronic version of a catalog, if there are
no State rules or regulations that would require a paper catalog.
This collection expired in April 2000 and has been in use without a
valid OMB control number. This is a violation of the Paperwork
Reduction Act and must be reported in the Information Collection
Budget. In the future, VA should take great care to assure that all
it's information collection activities have current OMB control
numbers.
