Abstract: EEO-5 data are used by EEOC to investigate changes of employment discrimination against public elementary and secondary school districts. Data are shared with the Department of Education (Office for Civil Rights and Center for Statistics), Department of Justice, and 23 State and 56 Local FEPA's.
