Abstract: Section 74.751(c) requires licensees of low power television or TV translator stations to send written notification to FCC of equipment changes which may be made at licensee's discretion. Section 74.751(d) requires certification that modifications comply with technical standards be placed in the station records. Data used by FCC staff to assure modifications comply with rules and station authorization.
