Abstract: Used to collect information to determine an individual's basic eligibility for the NROTC Scholarship Program. In order to pre-screen applicants, it is necessary to have information concerning date of birth, citizenship, etc. The respondents are individuals interested in applying for the NROTC Scholarship Program.
