Abstract: MMS uses the information to evaluate the results of well tests to determine if reservoirs are being depleted in a manner that will lead to the greatest ultimate recovery of hydrocarbons. We also use the information to evaluate and verify currently approved maximum production rates if assigned. Respondents are Federal OCS lessees and operators.
