Abstract: This is an information collection request that will help set the groundworkfor EPA's Office of environmental Policy Innovation to begin conducting indepth evaluations of different innovative pilot poject innovations in order to determine which, if any, innovations have the potential for national application. This ICR provides cost and burden estimates for (1) EPA's overall approach to evaluating innovative pilot project innovations and (2) EPA's specific plan for innovative pilot innovations that focus on permitting.
