Abstract: Sources potentially subject to this standard are petroleum refineries. Subject sources have emission requirements for opacity, sulfur oxides, and carbon monoxide. Consequently, these sources are subject to monitoring, reporting, and record- keeping requirements so that EPA may target inspections and determine compliance.
