The National Emission Standards for
Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Primary Lead Smelters,
published at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart TTT, were proposed on April
17, 1998 (63 FR 19200), and promulgated on June 4, 1999 (64 FR
30204). This rule applies to emissions sources (i.e., sinter
machine, blast furnace, dross furnace, process fugitive, and
fugitive dust sources) from pri- mary lead smelters.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
