Abstract: The information to be collected, pursuant to President Bush's Memorandum of January 22, 2001 calling for the restoration of the Mexico City Policy, is (1) the certification of foreign nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) scheduled to receive populaton assistance funds that they wll not engage in abortion related activities prohibited under the policy: and (2) the requirement that U.S. organizations and foreign NGOs with whom USAID has relationships to collect such certifications from the organizations that are subject to the requirements.
