In addition, if the response rates for the 800 workers who have
completed their prescription regimen falls below 75%, FDA shall
qualify any results from this portion of this survey by noting
limitations due to low response rates. Also, FDA shall not dismiss
the possibility that stress levels among cleanup workers
contributed to side effects unless the results differ markedly from
the CDC survey.

To administer a telephone survey to
between 800 - 1,200 decontamination workers who were exposed to
long-term antibiotic drugs as a result of cleaning up federal
facilities contaminated with anthrax spores after a terrorist
event.
