Prior to resubmission of this package, OSHA will discuss with OMB the results of its review, including the utility of the certification records and their underlying requirements and any plans to eliminate requirements found to be outdated or obsolete. The Agency's request to reduce burden hours by 41,772 is not approved. OSHA has not provided quantitative data to justify the proposed reduction.
