Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved for the currently existing regulatory requirements only; the information collection provisions associated with the recently published NPRM for loss mitigation are not approved at this time. HUD is examining public comment in response to this NPRM. The preamble to the final rule will address how the agency has addressed comments related to minimizing the burden of this collection while maximizing its utility. It is noted that the information collection requirements covered by this OMB # expired 12/31/00, and this collection has been in violation since then. HUD shall report this violation in the upcoming ICB, and shall work to ensure that no such further violations of the PRA occur.
