Terms of Clearance: Withdrawn at the request of Wayne Eddins at HUD in order to continue working on outstanding issues raised in the review of the package. Upon resubmission, the package shall address the effect on small businesses since the contention that "no small businesses would be affected" was not correct in the current submission. In addition, HUD will revise the forms used such that the request from the applicant is seperate from the approval from Ginnie Mae in order to reduce confusion.
