The regulations at 43 CFR Parts
3100-3120 and 3150 contain procedures for obtaining a lease to
explore for develop, and produce oil and gas resources on Federal
lands. The Bureau of Land Management needs the information to
properly implement the procedures for issuing and monitoring oil
and gas leases in accordance with the law. Respondents are oil and
gas companies, operators, and individuals.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
