The INS needs this information to
adjudicate filed by aliens requesting the Attorney General's
consent to reapply for admission to the U.S. after deportation,
removal or departure, as provided for under section 212. The
current Form I-212 is out- dated and contains references to
immigration law in effect before the Illegal Immigration Reform and
Immigrant Responsiblity (IIRIR Act of 1996.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
