Abstract: In order to effectively implement and enforce the 40 CFR Part 257 Subpart B Criteria on a State Level, owners/operators of constuc- tion and demolition waste landfills that receive conditionally exempt small quantity generator (CESQG) hazardous waste will have to comply with the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of 40 CFR Part 257 Subpart B.
