Approved for 1
year, during which time HUD will promulgate revised PHAS rules,
including revised requirements for customer satisfaction surveys.
Upon issuance of the proposed rule, HUD will resubmit the revised
customer service and satisfaction survey, incorporating changes
requested by OMB in the review of this package. OMB will review the
package at that time, including any comments received as a result
of the NPRM, but will not clear the package until OMB clears the
final rule associated with PHAS. In the interim, HUD can continue
to use the current procedures described in this information
collection package to assess customer service and satisfaction for
PHAS.
