Radio Frequency (RF) equipment
manufacturers must test their equipment and submit the data to the
FCC to verify the compliance of the RF equipment with FCC rules,
under 47 CFR Section 2.955. This information aids the FCC in its
efforts to control interference to radio communications. The RF
equipment manufacturers must submit this verification report only
once, unless they modify the equipment; however, the RF equipment
manufacturers must retain the test data for recordkeeping purposes
for two years after manufacture of the equipment ceases or two
years after completion of an investigation of a....
