Abstract: In this MO&O and 2nd R&O, ET Docket No. 98-206, FCC 0-116, Multichannel Video Distribution and Data Services (MCDDS) licensees are required to conduct a survey to determine the location of all DBS customers around its proposed transmitting antenna site that may potentially be effected by the introduction of the MVDDS service. This will ensure that the MVDDS signal will not be in excess of the appropriate Equivalent Power Flux Density (EPFD) limits, under 47 CFR 101.105(a)(4)(ii)(B), and cause interference to DBS customers.
