In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of three years. However, approval has been granted only for
the referendum. Upon completion of the referendum and adoption of a
promotion program, the agency may request that the additional
burden be added to the approved collection with a change worksheet.
Final copies of all forms used in the information collection should
be submitted with the change worksheet.

The Mango Promotion, Research, and
Information Order would be implemented under the Commodity
Promotion, Research, and Information Act of 1966. The purpose of
the new program would be to increase consumption of mangos in the
United States.
