Abstract: Indian Trust Relationships between Individual Indians and the Department of the Interior will be systematically tested through of qualitative tools - specifically cognitive interviews with Individual Indian Money (IIM) account holders. One of the outcomes of this research may be an ongoing customer feedback system. If this proves feasible, one or more questionnaire instruments will be developed at a later date. A separate clearance would be sought for the customer feedback system, once the testing authority requested here has been exercised and the system designed.
