The TSCA Inventory Upddate Rule (IUR) is a quadrennial Informa- tion collection requiring manufacturers and importers of organic chemicals and other chemicals subject to final or proposed TSCA rules, regulations and orders to provide facility-specific information on chemicals. In the 2002 IUR amendments, EPA amended the type and amount of information collected and the number and type of respondents.
