Abstract: Implement the Lamb Promotion, Research and Information Order (Order), which established a national and industry-funded lamb promotion, research, and information program, This rule will simplify the collection and remittance process, establish a form for certification of exempt transactions, and effectuate the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of the Order.
