Section 235 of the INA provides for the inspection of persons entering the United States from Canada by small craft to be inspected only once during the navigational season, rather than each time they enter. Additionally, persons issued Form I-68 are permitted to visit the immediate shore area for the duration of the boating season without having to travel tot he nearest INS Office for Inspection.
