DOL/ETA announces policies and application and reporting procedures for states to enable them to access funds in order to implement the Trade Health Insurance Assistance National Emergenc Grant programs. Trade Health Insurance Assistance NEG funds provide specialized assistance, including health insurance coverage, to trade-impacted workers and other individuals elilgible under the Trade Adjustment Assistance Reform Act of 2002.
