Abstract: Section 3(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) provides that an employer may protect against unwitting employment of oppressiv child labor by obtaining a certifiate of age certifying that a youth meets the FLSA minimum age requirements. Form WH-14 is an application for a Federal Certificate of Age.
