Abstract: The ERA-766R is the recordkeeping requirements contained in 10 CFR 210.0 of DOE's General Allocation and Price Rules. The data are used to help General Counsel in its efforts to complete the enforcement program with respect to prior petroleum price and allocation regulations. No data are submitted, just maintenance of records is required.
