A-2 of the supporting statement: "Regarding this particular information collection request under the Paperwork Reduction Act, NHTSA has reviewed the relevant procedures for the collection and analysis of the subject information, and believes that the information in question will meet the requirements of the Data Quality Act guidelines of both OMB and DOT. This expectation will be confirmed by the agency in the course of its pre-dissemination review, per the guidelines."
