Abstract: Section 21.934 requires a Basic Trading Area authorization holder to file a statement indicating that is authorization was obtained through competitive bidding when seeking approval of a transfer of control or assignment. The authorization holder must also file copies of documents containing information on the amount of consideration. The data is used by FCC staff to determine whether there has been unjust enrichment to the person selling the station.
